    Basic Ventilation:

These ducts are designed to bring fresh or contaminated air to closed or hostile environments. They are designed to be used under both positive or negative pressure. Their flexibility and adaptability to specific conditions make them indispensable in any industrial application where ventilation is necessary.

    Hot/cold air:

These insulated ducts have been developed to transport hot air from a generator to heat tents, silos, warehouses, workshops, aircraft, building sites, etc. The advantage of FLEXOR ducts is that they are sturdy, flexible and compressible. Whatever your needs, SODIAMEX can provide you with the necessary answer.

    Technical:

These ducts are specially manufactured to cater for various technical difficulties in the transportation of aggressive matters or vapours, such as :

    • Welding fumes
    • Paint fumes
    • Hydrocarbon degassing
    • Dust extraction
    • Aggressive or explosive fumes extraction

    Nuclear:

These ducts are specifically designed for ventilation or dust removal from contaminated areas. The design can be adapted to any particular application. They can be used under both high positive or negative pressure. As the internal surface of the ducts is absolutely smooth, they may be connected from either end. Their total air-tightness makes them very safe to use.

    High temperature:

These ducts are specially designed for evacuating hot air or delivering cool air into high temperature enclosures. This applies typically to the following list of industrial environments :

    • Steelworks
    • Foundries
    • Glassworks
    • Paper mills
    • Cardboard factories
    • Incinerators.

    Abrasion:

There is a FLEXOR solution to all problems of transfer of granular products, or dust extraction, corresponding to various specifications in terms of flexibility, compressibility or adaptability in shape and size.

The quality of the ducts’ elastomer coating means they are perfectly adapted to transporting abrasive or corrosive materials, or those which call for total lack of toxicity. They are already being used successfully in the following fields :

    • Cement factories
    • Plaster factories
    • Fertiliser factories
    • Farming,
    • Flour mills
    • Chemical plants, etc.
